As a Marketing Manager - Automotive at Wipro in Bengaluru, India, you will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and managing integrated demand generation, account-based marketing, and deal pursuit campaigns to enhance the Wipro brand and drive measurable business results. In the role of Marketing Manager, Automotive, you will have the opportunity to: - Enhance mindshare, deal origination, and client acquisition through targeted digital-first campaigns showcasing Wipro's thought leadership, case studies, and more. - Improve client retention and share of wallet by executing personalized account-based marketing campaigns. - Elevate win rates and revenue growth through digital-first deal pursuit campaigns that differentiate Wipro's solutions. The ideal candidate for this position is a collaborative and enthusiastic marketing leader with a knack for identifying business opportunities and crafting strategic marketing plans that deliver tangible results. Experience collaborating with senior leaders and integrating various marketing channels is essential. Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, or similar tools, along with strong communication skills, is a must. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business teams to create strategic marketing plans. - Implement demand generation and account-based marketing initiatives. - Develop marketing plans and contact databases for target accounts. - Work with agencies to execute marketing activities. - Stay informed about industry trends, target accounts, and competitors. - Manage and nurture leads to achieve business objectives. - Analyze data to enhance campaign performance. - Partner with deal pursuit teams to strategize win strategies. - Coordinate in-person and virtual events with specialists and agencies. - Network within and outside the organization. - Maintain project plans, track execution, report status, and manage budgets. Experience Requirement: - 8-10 years of experience in developing and executing demand generation, account-based marketing, and deal pursuit campaigns within enterprise organizations.,
