🚀 We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager at Ashvvy Investment (Full-Time | Hybrid) 📍 Location: Kanpur / Remote Flexibility | 📅 Experience: 2+ Years Ashvvy Investment, a trusted name in wealth management with 25+ years of market presence, is entering a new growth phase — and we’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join us at the ground level of building our core marketing team . Think startup-style growth but with the stability of an established company . You’ll work directly with the Head of Marketing (that’s me!) to take charge of our entire digital presence — from strategy to execution. This includes managing social media channels, running high-performance campaigns on Meta and Google Ads , and adopting the latest AI tools to power up our outreach. 🔍 What You'll Do: (in collaboration with the Marketing Head) Digital Marketing Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms Plan and run high-performing Google Ads & Meta (FB/Instagram) Ads campaigns Leverage Google Analytics and other tools to optimize campaign performance Use and experiment with AI-powered tools to streamline content and ads Oversee strategy for email marketing, lead generation, and performance analysis Offline Marketing Plan and execute client events, investor meets, seminars , and more Develop brand collaterals (brochures, print ads, merchandise, event materials) Support field marketing initiatives in collaboration with the sales team Coordinate with local vendors for on-ground visibility and print media ✅ You Should Have: Minimum 2 years of experience in a well-rounded marketing role Hands-on expertise in: Digital Marketing, SEO, SMM, PPC, Google & Meta Ads, Analytics tools A creative portfolio showcasing past work (must send with application) Strong communication skills, an extroverted personality , and creative flair A problem-solving, “Yes, can do” attitude with a proactive approach Tech-savvy and comfortable with marketing automation & analytics tools Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience 💼 Finance or investing knowledge is a big plus — you'll be speaking to a savvy audience 🌟 Why Join Us?
