Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative at Ashvvy Investment Pvt. Ltd. located in Kanpur. As a Customer Service Representative, your day-to-day tasks will involve providing exceptional customer support, handling tasks given by the Sales and Relationship management Team. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, AMC inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with their financial transactions and non financial transactions and queries.

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills

• Experience in providing excellent customer service

• Customer Service and Customer Experience skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Experience in the financial industry is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
