About the Role:
We’re seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead our Marketing & Sales Department. You will be responsible for designing and executing integrated marketing strategies, managing advertising campaigns across online and offline platforms, and overseeing signage and branding projects that define our creative signature.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop holistic marketing and sales strategies aligned with business vision and growth targets.
• Lead and nurture a high-performance marketing team.
• Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns (digital ads, TVCs, WhatsApp, print, banners).
• Oversee content, social media, e-commerce, and custom merchandise marketing.
• Drive brand-building across internal and external touchpoints.
• Manage budgets, ROI, client relationships, and sales funnels.
• Utilize analytics to track campaign performance and refine strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, production, and operations teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in marketing and advertising, with leadership experience.
• Proven success in integrated campaigns and branding initiatives.
• Strong skills in team leadership, budgeting, analytics, and client engagement.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.
• Creative flair coupled with strategic thinking and analytical rigor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, creative-agency-like work environment.
