Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Fair Light, Miranda Junction, Law College, General Hospital Rd, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695035 Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply) Incentives will be added according to the target performance Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits. Present and promote products/services to prospective clients. Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or proposals. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM tools. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to support business goals. Attend industry events, exhibitions, or client meetings when required. Prepare regular sales reports for management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field. 1+ years of experience in a sales or business development role (industry-specific experience is a plus). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first approach. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Own two-wheeler with valid driving license (for field sales roles). Knowledge of the local market or customer base.
