Tahiliya is a growing D2C ethnicwear brand known for handblock prints, silks, and festive collections. We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can take ownership of scaling our digital presence and customer growth. What you’ll be doing (role split): 50% – Performance Marketing Run & optimize ads across Meta, Google, and YouTube Manage budgets, track ROAS, and scale campaigns profitably Experiment with new ad formats & channels for growth 20% – Content Creation Collaborate with our content team to ideate & produce scroll-stopping creatives Occasionally create basic content yourself (stories, reels, ad hooks) Ensure brand voice & aesthetics are consistent across platforms 30% – Brand & Growth Own the digital growth engine – from customer acquisition to retention Analyze performance dashboards, suggest experiments, and drive KPIs Report directly to the founders, working closely with design & ops teams What we’re looking for: 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably with D2C / apparel brands - ethnicwear experience is a big bonus ) Proven track record of running high-performing Meta & Google ad campaigns Ability to go beyond dashboards – you’ll check inventory reports daily, decide which catalogs to scale or cut back, and align marketing with business realities Strong commercial understanding – you get margins, contribution, and want to be part of overall brand decisions, not just marketing Balance of creative + analytical: you can brainstorm a reel idea and discuss ROAS & profitability in the same breath Startup mindset: resourceful, proactive, and not afraid to get hands dirty Based in/around Gurgaon – hybrid role with ~1 day a week in office Why join us: Chance to build & scale a fast-growing D2C fashion brand Creative freedom + direct exposure to founders’ decision-making Hybrid flexibility with a small, passionate team Impactful role where your work directly drives revenue & brand growth
