We are a fast-growing, performance-driven marketing agency that partners with brands to

deliver measurable results. Our team thrives on creativity, data, and execution excellence. We

are now looking for an experienced Marketing Manager / Account Manager to join us and take

charge of managing client relationships and executing marketing operations effectively.

Role Overview

You will be the key point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution

of campaigns, timely delivery of services, and high client satisfaction. This role requires a

well-rounded marketer with a strong grip on project coordination, campaign management,

reporting, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Communication

● Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships

● Understand client goals, briefs, and expectations and translate them into clear internal

deliverables

● Regularly update clients on campaign performance, tasks, and milestones

● Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and work with the strategy team to present

new ideas

Campaign & Project Management

● Coordinate with design, content, media buying, and development teams to deliver

projects on time

● Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of digital campaigns (Google, Meta, SEO,

Email, etc.)

● Ensure timely approvals, creative deliveries, and optimizations as per KPIs

● Prepare performance reports and actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics,

Meta Ads Manager, etc.

Operations & Reporting

● Maintain project trackers, reporting sheets, and SOPs for each client

● Track deliverables against timelines and report deviations to stakeholders

● Ensure budget adherence and efficient resource allocation across campaigns

● Organize weekly review meetings with clients and internal teams

Skills & Qualifications

✅ Must-Have:

● 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or client servicing

roles

● Strong understanding of digital channels – Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Email, etc.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills

● Ability to multi-task, handle pressure, and deliver on deadlines

● Proficiency in marketing and productivity tools: Google Workspace, Excel, Trello/Asana,

Meta Ads Manager, etc.

Good-to-Have:

● Prior agency-side experience

● Exposure to affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance media

● Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights from metrics
