About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Affiliate Performance Marketer with a proven

track record in managing affiliate marketing campaigns, performance optimization, and

ROI-driven execution. You will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and optimizing affiliate

campaigns across multiple channels and verticals. This is a key role where you will work

hands-on with tracking tools, UTMs, performance KPIs, and campaign optimization

strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

● End-to-end management of affiliate marketing campaigns – onboarding, setup,

tracking, scaling.

● Build and execute performance marketing funnels leveraging affiliate sources (CPS,

CPL, CPI, CPA).

● Develop tracking systems using UTM parameters, Postback URLs, S2S tracking, and

pixel placements.

● Deep dive into campaign data to monitor KPIs such as CTR, CVR, ROI, AOV, EPC,

CPL, CPA.

● Work with tools like Voluum, RedTrack, Bemob, Google Analytics, Impact, Trackier,

etc. for attribution and analysis.

● Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion

rates.

● Monitor affiliate fraud and compliance issues; maintain clean, high-quality traffic.

● Collaborate with design and dev teams to improve LP speed, design, and tracking

effectiveness.

● Optimize campaign delivery based on performance trends and real-time data.

● Generate and present weekly and monthly reports with insights and actionable

strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

● 2–5 years of hands-on experience in affiliate/performance marketing.

● Proficiency with tracking platforms (Voluum, RedTrack, etc.) and affiliate networks

(VCommission, Admitad, Impact, etc.).

● Deep understanding of performance marketing KPIs and funnel-based optimization.

● Experience with UTM parameters, GA4, GTM, S2S postback integrations.

● Familiarity with cloakers, spy tools (Adplexity, Anstrex, etc.) is a plus.

● Strong analytical skills with an obsession for data-backed decisions.

● Proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot campaign or tracking issues

independently.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

KPIs You’ll Be Measured On

● Campaign ROI / ROAS

● Average Cost per Lead (CPL) / Acquisition (CPA)

● Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

● Retention of affiliates / partners

● Volume and quality of traffic/leads

● Revenue contribution via affiliate verticals

Preferred Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● Certification in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing (optional but preferred).

● Experience in lead generation, finance, education, e-commerce, travel, or gaming

verticals.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
