Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Offline Marketing Manager to lead all ground-level marketing initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and execution skills to ensure high-quality lead generation, branding, and outreach across Ahmedabad and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute ATL/BTL campaigns including school seminars, events, branding activities, and ground activations
Build and maintain partnerships with schools, tuition centers, and local influencers
Lead and manage a field marketing team (executives/promoters)
Coordinate and manage local events, scholarship tests, and parent seminars
Identify high-footfall zones for promotions and branding (hoardings, banners, kiosks, etc.)
Analyze campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI
Collaborate closely with academic and admission teams for conversion strategies
Represent the brand at education fairs and offline forums

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
3+ years of experience in offline marketing, ideally in education/edtech
Strong knowledge of local Ahmedabad market and school networks
Excellent communication, team management, and vendor coordination skills
Proven ability to drive lead generation through field activities
Result-oriented, organized, and comfortable working under targets
