About the Role

Demand Generation Marketing Lead


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute

    multi-channel demand gen strategy

    (LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, webinars, events).
  • Own

    paid acquisition

    campaigns with strict CAC/LTV optimization.
  • Drive

    MQL → SQL conversion

    through structured nurture workflows.
  • Build and manage

    account-based marketing (ABM)

    campaigns targeting enterprise/SMB segments.
  • Partner with Sales to align on pipeline coverage, lead scoring, and follow-up strategy.
  • Set up

    reporting dashboards

    and continuously optimize campaigns against KPIs (CAC, pipeline velocity, cost per lead).
  • Experiment with

    growth loops

    and scalable acquisition channels.


Requirements
  • 2–5 years of

    demand generation in B2B SaaS

    .
  • Proven track record of delivering

    pipeline growth

    and exceeding lead targets.
  • Hands-on experience with

    LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, and email automation tools

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    funnel metrics, attribution, and marketing analytics

    .
  • Experience with

    HubSpot/Marketo/CRM systems

    .
  • Data-driven, results-oriented mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced startup.


Nice to Have
  • Exposure to

    international SaaS markets (EU/US/APAC)

    .
  • Experience running

    ABM and outbound campaigns

    .
  • Prior startup experience where you built demand gen from scratch.
