Your specific track will be aligned with your interests and strengths as identified during the interview process. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute meaningfully to Threatcop’s mission of building a more cyber-aware world.

We're especially looking for individuals who have experience organizing college fests or events, and who demonstrate strong initiative and ownership in building communities or delivering high-impact events.

Key Responsibilities:

Track 1: Conferences & Events Planning and Execution

• Plan and execute marketing conferences, webinars, and industry events to increase Threatcop’s brand visibility.
• Handle logistics end-to-end — from venue selection and vendor coordination to pre-event promotion and post-event analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Design, Gifts) to align event objectives and messaging.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and documentation to ensure smooth execution and measurable impact.
• Capture event insights to improve planning and audience engagement in future campaigns.

Track 2: Community Management

• Build and nurture an active cybersecurity community across platforms like LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Circle.
• Create and implement engagement strategies to drive conversations around Threatcop’s products and the cybersecurity domain.
• Identify and empower brand advocates to amplify Threatcop’s voice in the cybersecurity ecosystem.
• Collaborate with the content and product marketing teams to curate resources, discussions, and campaigns tailored to the community.
• Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile: (MBA required)

• Final year student or recent graduate

• Demonstrated experience organizing or managing college events, clubs, or communities.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passionate about cybersecurity, marketing, or event management.
• Proactive, creative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, growing organization.
