Key Responsibilities

Contribute to developing the brand voice, positioning, and marketing narrative
Assist in building marketing frameworks, calendars and campaign outlines
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform decision-making (competitor, category, consumer insighting)
Participate in strategy discussions and translate ideas into actionable communication pieces
Assist in social media direction; content themes, scripting, captioning, storytelling, engagement monitoring
Coordinate with external partners such as designers, photographers, PR contacts, or agencies when required
Create basic reports, intelligence summaries, and performance snapshots
Work across departments to understand user needs, operational flow, and brand impact
