Marketing Intern

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Client Communication:

• Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and ensure smooth communication regarding the sale or purchase of pre-loved products.
• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, or social media in a timely and friendly manner.
• Assist in building strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

1. Website Management:

• Assist in updating and maintaining the Second Hugs website, ensuring products are listed correctly and attractively.
• Help with content creation for product listings, descriptions, and blogs that resonate with eco-conscious parents.
• Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and make suggestions for improvement in collaboration with the team.

1. Social Media Marketing:

• Assist in creating and posting content for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), engaging with followers and building our online community.
• Help manage social media campaigns, track performance metrics, and suggest strategies to increase visibility and engagement.

1. Promotions and Campaigns:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, focusing on both online and offline channels.
• Contribute ideas for promotions, contests, and partnerships that encourage more people to buy and sell pre-loved items.

1. Content Creation & Strategy:

• Assist with writing content for newsletters, blog posts, and promotional emails.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies for growing our brand and driving sales.
