Marketing Intern

We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Ads Manager to lead, optimize, and scale our paid advertising efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who understands performance marketing deeply and can drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

• Develop campaign strategies aligned with brand goals, audience behavior, and business objectives.

• Monitor daily performance metrics and optimize campaigns for improved ROI, ROAS, and conversion rates.

• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.

• Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and present insights with actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to build high-performing ad assets.

• Identify new growth opportunities, trends, tools, and ad formats.

• Manage budgets efficiently and ensure all campaigns run smoothly and within allocated spends.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid ads (Meta + Google ads experience is mandatory).

• Strong understanding of performance marketing, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel strategy.

• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).

• Ability to analyze data, uncover insights, and make evidence-based decisions.

• Experience working with e-commerce, consumer brands, or tech startups is a plus.

• Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
