Marketing Intern

We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our restaurant chain team at Doolally,

Miramar, Panjim. As a Marketing Intern, you will assist the marketing team in executing

campaigns, events, and strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer

loyalty. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher/fresh graduate or individual with little to no

experience in marketing to gain hands-on experience and exposure to the restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing and executing events, promotions, and campaigns to increase customer

engagement and drive sales. • Manage and grow our online community through social media

channels, email marketing, and other digital platforms. • Assist in the development and

implementation of a loyalty program to increase customer retention and drive repeat business. •

Help with the creation and management of content for social media platforms, including

Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. • Collaborate with the marketing team on other projects as

needed.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Assisting in planning and coordinating events and promotions, including logistics, set up, and

execution. • Responding to customer inquiries and feedback on social media channels and

online review sites. • Assisting in the development and implementation of email, whatsapp

marketing campaigns and newsletters. • Participating in brainstorming sessions for new

marketing ideas and strategies. • Analyzing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of

marketing campaigns and tactics.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. •

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong organizational and time

management skills. • Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram,

Twitter, Google Business, Google Maps, Zomato, Swiggy and more • Familiarity with email

marketing platforms. • Passion for the restaurant industry and customer service.

Working hours:

Our interns and community managers are expected to work from 11 am to 7 pm from

Wednesday to Sunday, as these are the days with the highest footfall. The weekly offs are

scheduled on Monday and Thursday and all employees enjoy a five-day work week.

Salary:

After 6 months and upon completion of your internship, based on performance you will be eligible for the position of Community Manager and will be given a salary hike to Rs. 25,000 per month.
