This role is ideal for MBA graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, contribute to strategic initiatives, and develop their careers in a collaborative, learning-driven environment. Key Responsibilities • Campaign Planning & Execution : Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. • Content Development: Support the creation of marketing materials, social media content, newsletters, and outreach collateral. • Market Research & Analysis : Conduct basic market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to support marketing strategies. • Digital Marketing Operations : Work with marketing tools and platforms such as Canva, Mailchimp, and Google tools to manage and track campaigns. • Presentations & Reporting : Prepare and deliver presentations for internal reviews and client proposals and contribute to performance reporting. • Internal & External Communication: Maintain effective communication flow between internal teams and external channels, ensuring alignment and timely updates. Skills & Qualifications • Education : MBA graduates preferred, with a specialization in Marketing. • Language Proficiency : Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly, confidently, and professionally. • Technical Familiarity: Basic working knowledge of marketing tools . • Presentation & Attention to Detail: Solid presentation skills, with an eye for detail in both content creation and reporting. • Mindset & Work Ethic: A positive learner attitude, eagerness to grow, and the ability to manage deadlines efficiently.
