About the Internship:

Elver is looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Intern to join our team in Mumbai. This paid internship offers you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, branding, and communications. You’ll assist in developing and executing strategies that enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and support our overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and executing social media strategies through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
• Help create, edit, and share engaging content (text, images, videos, and more) across social media platforms.
• Support in managing and optimizing company pages to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Participate in content planning, including creating editorial calendars and posting schedules.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and help maintain a positive brand presence online.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics to gather insights and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas for campaigns, brand storytelling, and audience engagement.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) or analytics tools is a plus.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a positive, learning-oriented attitude.
• Fluency in English.
