Description
You are a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in growing Elver's brand. Your responsibilities will include managing sales targets, developing channel networks, executing marketing strategies, and expanding the company's presence across General Trade, Modern Trade, and E-Commerce platforms. - **Sales & Business Development:** - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets. - Identify and onboard new channel partners, distributors, and retail partners across General Trade, Modern Trade, and E-Commerce. - Expand market reach across different geographies through targeted sales initiatives. - Track competition, analyze market trends, and refine sales approaches accordingly. - **Channel & Distribution Management:** - Strengthen and manage General Trade, Modern Trade, and E-Commerce sales networks. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and online marketplaces. - Work closely with distributors, retail teams, and trade partners to enhance product visibility and availability. - Develop effective schemes and trade promotions to boost sales in General Trade outlets. - **Marketing & Brand Promotion:** - Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. - Plan merchandising, promotional activities, and in-store branding strategies for both General Trade and Modern Trade stores. - Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance brand positioning. - **Operations & Planning:** - Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and inventory planning to ensure optimal stock levels. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business operations. - Support new product launches and ensure effective go-to-market execution. - **Team Leadership & Development:** - Train and mentor sales teams to achieve performance targets. - Drive motivation and collaboration among internal teams and external partners. - Establish sales KPIs and monitor progress against goals. **Key Requirements:** - 5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, preferably in Consumer Electronics, FMCG, or Retail. - Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage General Trade, Modern Trade, and E-Commerce sales channels. - Strong experience in handling distribution networks, trade marketing, and key account management. - Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving mindset.
