In line with our expansion, we are in search of a proactive and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to steer revenue growth, fortify our market presence, and oversee pivotal sales channels such as General Trade, Modern Trade, and E-Commerce. As a Sales & Marketing Manager at Elver, you will be entrusted with the crucial task of spearheading our brand's growth. Your role will encompass managing sales targets, cultivating channel networks, implementing marketing strategies, and broadening our footprint across General Trade, Modern Trade, and E-Commerce platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing sales strategies to meet business growth and revenue objectives. - Identifying and bringing onboard new channel partners, distributors, and retail collaborators across various sales avenues. - Expanding market outreach through targeted sales endeavors. - Keeping a close eye on competitors, analyzing market trends, and adjusting sales tactics accordingly. - Strengthening and overseeing General Trade, Modern Trade, and E-Commerce sales networks. - Cultivating robust relationships with key retailers, distributors, and online marketplaces. - Collaborating with trade partners and retail teams to enhance product visibility and availability. - Creating effective schemes and trade promotions to enhance sales in General Trade outlets. - Planning and executing marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer engagement. - Devising merchandising, promotional activities, and in-store branding strategies for both General Trade and Modern Trade outlets. - Monitoring customer feedback and implementing enhancements to bolster brand positioning. - Assisting in forecasting, budgeting, and inventory planning to maintain optimal stock levels. - Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to streamline business operations. - Supporting new product launches and ensuring effective go-to-market strategies. - Training and guiding sales teams towards achieving performance targets. - Fostering motivation and collaboration among internal teams and external partners. - Establishing sales KPIs and monitoring progress against set goals. Key Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, particularly in Consumer Electronics, FMCG, or Retail sectors. - Demonstrated proficiency in steering revenue growth and managing General Trade, Modern Trade, and E-Commerce sales avenues. - Strong background in handling distribution networks, trade marketing, and key account management. - Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving attitude.
