Key Responsibilities:

1.   Lead Generation & Sales Support

• Identify and generate new leads through online research and cold calling.
• Contact potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce services.

Client Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with existing and potential clients to understand their requirements.
• Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
• Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and demos with clients.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure retention and recurring business.

Client Retention & Regeneration

• Follow up with inactive clients for re-engagement.
• Support in renewing contracts and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Handle basic client queries and ensure timely responses.

Marketing & Outreach

• Assist in creating presentations, proposals, and service pitches.
• Represent the company professionally during client interactions.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and IT services (training will be provided).
• Confidence in cold calling and pitching services.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups systematically.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Education:

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's or master's degree
• Freshers with a strong interest in sales & marketing are encouraged to apply.
