We are looking for a proactive and energetic marketing intern who can support our sales and marketing team through lead generation, cold calling, client coordination, and retention activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Sales Support Identify and generate new leads through online research and cold calling. Contact potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce services. 2. Client Coordination & Communication Coordinate with existing and potential clients to understand their requirements. Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams. Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and demos with clients. Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure retention and recurring business. 3. Client Retention & Regeneration Follow up with inactive clients for re-engagement. Support in renewing contracts and maintaining long-term relationships. Handle basic client queries and ensure timely responses. 4. Marketing & Outreach Assist in creating presentations, proposals, and service pitches. Represent the company professionally during client interactions. Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of digital marketing and IT services (training will be provided). Confidence in cold calling and pitching services. Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups systematically. Good negotiation and persuasion skills. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Education: Pursuing or completed Bachelor's or master's degree Freshers with a strong interest in sales & marketing are encouraged to apply.
