Role Description

This is an internship role for a Marketing Intern, with a hybrid work arrangement based in Chennai that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The Marketing Intern will assist with conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, engaging with customers, and promoting the Rento India platform. The role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and ensure excellent customer service, contributing to Rento India's goal of revolutionizing India's rental economy.

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Market Research and analysis techniques to gather and interpret data
• Understanding of Sales processes and ability to contribute to achieving sales goals
• Knowledge of Marketing Strategy and campaign implementation
• Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment and work as part of a collaborative team
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
