Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and commercial properties.
• Monitor the team’s daily performance, provide training, and ensure high productivity.
• Handle end-to-end client interactions, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
• Maintain and update sales pipelines, reports, and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Coordinate with other departments (Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth sales processes.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

real estate sales experience

✅ In-depth understanding of the Bangalore real estate market and buyer behaviour.

✅ Proven ability to close deals and meet targets consistently.

✅ Experience in team management and training junior sales executives.

✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.

✅ Multi-tasker with excellent organisational and time management abilities.

✅ Willingness to work on-site and conduct field visits as required.
