About the Job:

• Location: Baner-Pashan Link Road, Pune. 
• Work mode: Hybrid, 4 days in the office, 40 hours per week. 
• Duration: 3-month internship 
• Stipend: ₹2,000/month, Post internship Stipend and the probation will be discussed upon the performance and commitment.

Role Description:

Join The Konsol, a start-up based out of US, as a Marketing Intern dive into AI-driven marketing, content creation, and outbound strategies. We’re looking for someone with strong written English skills, a passion for learning, and an entrepreneurial mindset. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience and work with US clients as we grow. 

What You’ll Do 

• Execute outbound marketing campaigns across multiple sectors 
• Create content for emails, LinkedIn, and social media using AI tools 
• Support prospecting using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator 
• Analyze marketing data and improve campaign performance 
• Engage with leads and prospects across channels 
• Participate in brainstorming and contribute to new strategies 

Who Can Apply 

• Recent graduates or students who have completed their college 
• Strong English writing and communication skills 
• Entrepreneurial mindset with attention to detail 
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay organized 
• Comfortable with Google Workspace, MS Office 
• Familiar with Lemlist and basic database tools 

 Nice to Have 

• Prior internship or marketing experience 
• Knowledge of outbound content creation 
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Notion, and LinkedIn tools
