Marketing Head

• Strategy Development:Create and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share.
• Team Leadership:Lead and motivate sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
• Market Analysis:Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand consumer behavior, and assess competitor activities.
• Campaign Management:Design, manage, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital and social media initiatives.
• Sales Management:Set sales targets and quotas, monitor performance against objectives, and manage the sales budget.
• Customer Relations:Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Brand Consistency:Coordinate with product development and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and materials across all platforms.
• Performance Reporting:Track key sales and marketing metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and report on performance to management.
• Budget Management:Develop and manage annual budgets for sales and marketing activities, approving expenditures for the department.
