Job Description

Qualifications/Experience required:

  • Male Candidate having MBA in Marketing with min 2 year(s) experience in FMCG industry.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Generate new ideas (Packing, poster, design work etc.)

· Selling experience of SMM/SEO/PPC/Website designing & Development/E-commerce Web

· Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain

· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

· Promote the company’s products/services addressing

· Keep records of sales, revenue

· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customer

· Plan and manage a strong ecommerce strategy for each stage of a customer’s digital journey so as to improve share of Digital in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversations and advocacy.

· Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable as a public speaker

· Ability to build strong relationships with key people or organizations

· A creative mind partnered with the ability to find the best practical solutions

· Develop new business and long term account opportunities through prospecting and cold calling.

· Develop, coordinate and implement marketing plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities.

· Oversee, maintain and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.

· Coordinate, manage and resolve account maintenance issues.

· Benchmark state-of-the-art practices to recommend profit and service improvements.

· Manage all activities related to Marketing - both using online and offline media.

· Visit all the branches & give weekly update to the Management.

· Devise creative public relations strategies that fit company profile

· Develop effective PR plans using appropriate strategies and tactics

· Organize and coordinate PR activities

· Use a variety of channels (TV, press, internet etc.) to maximize company exposure

· Arrange for interviews or public speaking events and construct press releases

· Analyze results of PR campaigns or efforts and prepare reports

· Manage Facebook, Instagram etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
