Role Overview:

Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute 360-degree marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads across B2B, institutional, and channel segments.
• Manage and mentor the marketing team (digital, content, event, and design professionals).
• Drive performance across platforms – LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and print media.
• Plan and execute exhibitions, industry events, and BTL activities.
• Monitor marketing KPIs, ROI, campaign results, and customer feedback loops.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and technical teams to align messaging and branding.
• Develop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, case studies, and pitch decks.
• Market research & competitor analysis to support sales growth strategy.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably in elevators, real estate, infrastructure, or capital goods.
• Strong digital and offline marketing background.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in campaign tools, CRM platforms, and analytics dashboards.
