This is a full-time, on-site position. The Sales Engineer will play a key role in driving business growth by providing technical consultation, converting leads, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Understand client requirements and propose customized elevator solutions. Prepare and present quotations, technical details, and specifications. Build strong relationships with architects, builders, consultants, and contractors. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support. Maintain and update CRM records with lead and project data. Collaborate with internal teams (design, installation, service) to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Requirements Proven experience in elevator & escalator sales is mandatory . Strong understanding of technical concepts related to elevators. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Hands-on experience with CRM tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects. Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Telugu is must .
