Marketing Head - Domestic and Export Sales

Role Overview

The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to expand the companys presence in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for domestic and export markets.
• Lead the Sales & Marketing team and monitor inquiry follow-ups and quotation conversions.
• Identify customers, distributors, and channel partners in emerging regions.
• Plan and execute participation in trade fairs like K-Show, Plastivision, Cable & Wire Fair, etc.
• Develop region-wise expansion plans and set sales targets.
• Coordinate with production, design, and service teams for smooth order execution.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Oversee brochures, catalogues, corporate videos, and digital campaigns.
• Strengthen brand visibility via LinkedIn, Indiamart, Google Ads, and magazines.
• Build strong relationships with global customers and OEM partners.
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention programs.
• Evaluate ROI on marketing campaigns and exhibitions.

• Experience in B2B industrial marketing and capital machinery sales.
• Understanding of plastic extrusion machinery and applications.
• Strategic thinking across digital and offline marketing.

• Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualification & Experience

Education: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Plastic Engineering) with MBA in Marketing (preferred).

Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in industrial sales & marketing, with 2–3 years in leadership roles.
