Job description: SALES MANAGER Role Overview: We are seeking a high-energy, hunter-style Sales Manager to lead our Project Sales vertical. This role is designed for a proven sales leader with a minimum of 4 - 8 years experience in infrastructure equipment sales who thrives on building new markets, penetrating large-scale infrastructure projects, and delivering aggressive sales growth. You will lead a telecalling team, personally close large orders, and be directly accountable for achieving monthly and quarterly sales milestones. Key Responsibilities: Drive project-based sales exclusively, focusing on infrastructure projects (roads, railways, high-rise, PMAY, etc.). Lead, guide, and monitor a telecaller team to qualify leads and set high-quality appointments. Prospect and establish entry in a minimum of 5 new projects per month, building strong client relationships and credibility. Achieve monthly sales targets of 600 MT with an average order value of 1.5 crore. Prospect and maintain a pipeline of 50+ active projects, generating 15 crore worth of sales enquiries per month. Perform daily performance tracking of sales activities and pipeline progress; maintain accurate reporting in CRM. Travel extensively to project sites, client offices, and key decision-makers. Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and payment collections. Aggressively close deals to achieve top-line growth while maintaining profitability. Key Requirements: Minimum 8 years’ experience in infrastructure/construction equipment sales with proven ability to sell scaffolding, shuttering, or similar products. Strong “hunter” mindset with expertise in market penetration, project entry, and relationship building. Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed aggressive sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and report directly to the CEO.
