Full Time
Design and develop 2D drawings and 3D models of machinery and components using AutoCAD and
SolidWorks.
Prepare detailed fabrication and assembly drawings with proper tolerances and material
specifications.
Work closely with the production, purchase, and R&D teams to ensure design feasibility and
manufacturability.
Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) and upload/update data in the companys ERP system.
Perform design modifications, improvements, and cost optimization.
Conduct mechanical strength checks, fits, and tolerances for critical assemblies.
Support in the installation, testing, and commissioning stages when required.
Maintain proper documentation of drawings and design revisions.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and SolidWorks (3D Modeling, Assembly, and Drafting).
Knowledge of mechanical components, fabrication, machining, and assembly processes.
Familiarity with extrusion or film plant machinery will be an added advantage.
Basic understanding of ERP systems for design data management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Experience:02 to 08 years
Experience in extrusion pipe plant, blown film plant, screw & barrel, or similar machinery design.
Salary monthly : 30000 To 50000
