Full Time
Support in monitoring and maintaining production schedules to ensure timely delivery of machines.
Coordinate with the design, purchase, and quality departments for smooth production operations.
Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines on the shop floor.
Maintain proper records of daily production activities, manpower utilization, and material usage.
Support in conducting quality checks during and after machine assembly.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the production area.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Basic knowledge of mechanical components, fabrication, and assembly processes.
Understanding of engineering drawings and measurements.
Strong interest in manufacturing and machinery assembly.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work on shop floor and learn practical production processes.
Familiarity with ERP systems (added advantage, not mandatory).
