Identify critical machines on shop & work towards achieving zero breakdown Prepare preventive maintenance schedules for various machines & equipment Ensure that preventive maintenance activities are carried out as per schedule. Prepare list of critical spares & maintain inventory of machine spares at optimum levels Do root cause analysis of various breakdowns & take actions to eliminate root cause Monthly Breakdown Report with “Root Cause Analysis” to be published.
