🚀 Yatri Cabs Hiring: Finance & Marketing Analyst Interns (Unpaid)

We’re looking for Finance & Marketing Interns with an entrepreneurial mindset—people who are curious, proactive, and excited about building and scaling a real startup from the ground up.

You’ll work closely with the founders and leadership team on live finance, growth, and strategy problems. This is hands-on startup exposure, not classroom-style work.

If you enjoy working with numbers, business models, and growth metrics, and want to understand how startups scale sustainably and raise capital, this role is for you.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Finance & Business Analytics

• Assist in preparing and analysing Annual Financial Statements
• Work on cash flow analysis, forecasting, and burn tracking
• Support DCF valuation, VC valuation, and investor models
• Build cost sheets, unit economics, and pricing models
• Perform depreciation calculations and asset analysis
• Assist with ROI analysis for business initiatives
• Support financial projections and investor-ready reports

Marketing & Growth Analytics

• Track and analyse Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
• Evaluate Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and contribution margins
• Support conversion rate optimisation (CRO) analysis
• Analyse marketing spend efficiency and channel-wise ROI
• Work on growth metrics and performance dashboards

|🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of financial statements & cash flow
• Knowledge of DCF valuation, cost accounting, and unit economics
• Basic understanding of VC valuation, startup metrics & ROI
• Familiarity with CAC, CPA, LTV, CRO
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial spirit, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn
• Students or fresh graduates in Finance, Accounting, CA (Inter), MBA (Finance), B.Com / M.Com
