Ztatus Business Strategists is a leading digital marketing agency based in Kochi with a proven 10-year track record. While our core expertise lies in delivering top-tier digital services like SEO, SMM, and Web Development, we are expanding our outreach. We are seeking a proactive individual to drive our growth through targeted, on-the-ground marketing efforts. Our clients span various sectors, including healthcare, education, and technology, across Kerala and the Gulf. 


The Role:

We are seeking a confident and results-oriented Marketing Executive who excels at face-to-face interaction and building strong business relationships. In this role, you will be the face of Ztatus, responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through direct marketing channels. Your focus will be on generating leads and acquiring new business through field visits, networking, and direct outreach, rather than online campaigns.


This role combines in-office strategy sessions with active fieldwork in and around Kerala.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential B2B clients in key sectors (e.g., healthcare, education, retail) through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with key decision-makers to introduce Ztatus's suite of digital marketing services.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
  • Represent Ztatus at local industry events, trade shows, and business networking meetups to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Develop and execute direct marketing campaigns, including creating and distributing physical marketing collateral like brochures and proposals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in our CRM system.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:

    1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, direct marketing, or a field sales role.
  • Skills:

    Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. You must be confident and persuasive.
  • Mindset:

    A highly self-motivated, target-driven individual with a go-getter attitude and resilience.
  • Local Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of the Kerala business landscape is highly advantageous.
  • Languages:

    Fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory.
