About the Internship

Marketing


This internship is designed for someone who wants real execution exposure, not just theory—ideal for a fast learner who wants to understand how a growth-focused brand operates end to end.


Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing Support


Coordinate with the performance marketing agency on daily and weekly lead generation reports


Assist in monitoring Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads performance


Track SEO activities and basic performance metrics


Support A/B testing of creatives, offers, and landing pages


2. Social Media Execution


Assist in executing content strategies across:


YouTube


Instagram


Facebook


LinkedIn


Work directly with the CMO on content planning and rollouts


Track post performance and share insights for improvement


3. Multi-Channel Marketing Operations


Assist in executing email marketing campaigns


Schedule WhatsApp broadcasts under guidance


Support moderation of WhatsApp and Facebook communities


Monitor brand presence on Quora and Reddit


4. Market Research & Insights


Track industry trends and competitor activities


Research trending reels, content formats, and campaign ideas


Identify content and growth opportunities for WellnessZ


5. App Communication & Community Engagement


Support in-app notifications and marketing message execution


Assist in managing platform-generated content flows


Help maintain engagement between coaches and clients


6. Product & Funnel Analysis


Study competitor platforms, funnels, and user journeys


Test competitor experiences and document insights


Share improvement suggestions for WellnessZ products and flows


7. Internal Coordination & Feedback


Collect feedback from Tech, Sales, and Customer Success teams


Help translate feedback into campaign or content changes


Assist in reporting progress and outcomes


8. Branding Support


Ensure brand guidelines are followed across marketing assets


Assist in checking visual consistency, taglines, and logo usage


Support alignment of offers with the master brand kit


9. Offline & Event Marketing Support


Assist in managing product kits for onboarded clients


Support freebies distribution and prospect materials


Help with event/expo branding setup and logistics


What We’re Looking For


Students or fresh graduates with an interest in marketing execution


0–1 year of hands-on marketing experience (internships/projects count)


Basic understanding of Meta, Google, or LinkedIn Ads


Familiarity with social media platforms and content formats


Strong organisational and coordination skills


Proactive attitude and willingness to learn fast


Good communication and reporting habits
