Position Title: Marketing Executive Location: Raipur Experience Required: 1-5 years Preferred Industry: AVGC (Animation, VFX, Gaming, Comics), M&E (Media and Entertainment) Education, or any Education Industry Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Institutional Outreach and Collaboration: · Establish connections with schools, colleges, and coaching centers to organize seminars, webinars, and workshops for students. · Collaborate with educational institutions to create knowledge enhancement programs that promote the organization’s courses. · Act as a liaison to maintain and strengthen relationships with educational partners. 2. Event Planning and Participation: · Identify and participate in educational and industry-specific events happening in the city to increase brand visibility. · Plan and execute participation in exhibitions, education fairs, and institutional events. · Ensure effective representation of the organization in all events, managing logistics and promotional materials. 3. Promotional Activities: · Organize on-ground activities such as canopy setups, leaflet distributions, and promotional campaigns in housing societies, malls, stations, main junctions, and theatres/cinemas. · Coordinate with promoters or independently manage activities to maximize outreach. 4. Marketing Campaign Execution: · Execute both digital and traditional marketing strategies to generate leads and enhance brand visibility. · Track and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement. 5. Lead Generation and Telecalling: · Occasionally assist in telecalling to follow up on leads or inquiries generated through marketing campaigns. · Support the admissions team in lead management and conversion efforts. 6. Administrative Support: · Assist in administrative tasks related to marketing campaigns, event management, and outreach activities. · Maintain detailed reports on all marketing initiatives, lead generation, and campaign performance. 7. Market Research and Awareness: · Conduct market research to identify potential events, opportunities, and new areas for promotional activities. · Stay updated with the latest trends and events in the AVGC/M&E education space. Skills and Competencies: · Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with educational institutions and students. · Creativity and problem-solving abilities to design effective marketing campaigns. · Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage events and activities efficiently. · Proficiency in digital marketing tools, event planning, and data analysis. · Target-oriented with a focus on achieving outreach and lead generation goals. Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. · Prior experience in the AVGC/M&E education or education industry is highly preferred. · Proven track record in event planning, lead generation, and institutional outreach.
