Role Overview

Junior Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities :

1. Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Assist in managing company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn etc.).
• Create engaging, on-brand content for posts, stories, and reels.
• Schedule and post content consistently.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots at the office and factory (1–2 visits/month or as required).
• Edit and organize visual content using basic tools or Canva.

2. Website & Email Marketing

• Regularly update the company website with new images, or content.
• Upload blogs, product descriptions, or portfolio content.
• Assist in designing and sending client newsletters and promotional emails.

3. Traditional Marketing & Brand Collateral

• Maintain and update all marketing materials such as brochures, catalogues, business cards, and client presentations.
• Support the design and coordination of festive gifting (e.g. Diwali).
• Organize branded materials for client meetings, exhibitions, and internal events.

4. Event & Gifting Coordination

• Plan and coordinate internal and external events such as company celebrations, factory walkthroughs, or gifting initiatives.
• Manage inventory of marketing and gifting supplies.

5. General Coordination & Reporting

• Maintain and update a marketing tracker to log activities, timelines, and progress.
• Work closely with print vendors, designers, or freelancers as required.
• Ensure marketing activities support sales and business development goals.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field.
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Interest in design, content creation, branding, or social media.
• Knowledge of Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A self-starter with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Someone who enjoys creativity but also pays attention to details and timelines.
