Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Manage and execute

  Instagram, Facebook & Google Business

  activities for multiple outlets
• Plan and execute

  local digital campaigns

  (offers, festivals, launches, promotions)
• Coordinate reels, short videos, creatives, and captions with designers / agencies
• Track basic performance metrics: reach, engagement, leads, footfall correlation
• Monitor and respond to

  Google Reviews

  and online customer feedback

Field & Local Marketing

• Plan and execute

  local area marketing

  near outlets (flyers, standees, sampling, tie-ups)
• Coordinate promotions with

  schools, colleges, offices, apartments, events & corporates

• Support

  new outlet launches

  and seasonal campaigns on the ground
• Build local partnerships with nearby businesses and institutions
• Ensure branding visibility around outlets (posters, boards, collaterals)
  

• 2–3 years of experience in

  Digital Marketing / Field Marketing / Local Marketing

• Experience in

  retail, food, QSR, FMCG, or hospitality

  is a strong advantage
• Good understanding of

  social media platforms and local promotions

• Willingness to travel locally and be present on the field when required
• Strong execution mindset — less theory, more action
• Basic data sense to track what’s working and what’s not
  

• Social media handling (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business)
• Campaign execution (online + offline)
• Local promotion & vendor coordination
• Communication & coordination skills
• Basic reporting and documentation
  

• Experience working with influencers or food bloggers
• Exposure to WhatsApp marketing or CRM follow-ups
• Photography / short video shooting basics (mobile is fine)
