We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our Client, a reputable accounting firm. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality financial services to our diverse clientele. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

- Conduct audits and provide recommendations to improve client financial management processes.

- Offer strategic advice on tax planning and financial forecasting.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential risks.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions.

- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and compliance reports.

- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures for clients.

- Support clients during financial audits and regulatory inspections.

Skills and Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- 2 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial consulting.

- Deep understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and engagements as required.
