Job Description

The ideal candidate is comfortable creating, editing, designing, writing, publishing, and optimizing content independently while collaborating closely with marketing, performance, and brand teams.


Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

  • Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging formats.
  • Write captions, hooks, headlines, video scripts, and basic marketing copy aligned with brand tone and objectives.
  • Plan and execute social media calendars in coordination with campaigns and promotions.
  • Adapt content for different platforms and audiences (organic, paid, short-form, long-form).
  • Monitor content performance and optimize creatives based on engagement and insights.

Video Creation & Editing (AI + Manual)

  • Edit and produce high-quality videos using traditional tools and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Create reels, short videos, ads, stories, and basic long-form content efficiently.
  • Use AI tools for auto-cutting, subtitles, resizing, background removal, audio cleanup, and voice enhancement.
  • Create multiple video variations quickly for A/B testing and platform-specific formats.
  • Integrate AI-generated assets such as B-roll, motion elements, text animations, and voiceovers when appropriate.

Design & Visual Assets

  • Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, website banners, and marketing collateral.
  • Use tools like

    Canva, CapCut, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro

    to produce consistent, on-brand visuals.
  • Ensure visual consistency across platforms while maintaining agility and speed.

Website & CMS Management

  • Manage and update website content using the CMS (page edits, banners, blogs, landing pages, offers, forms).
  • Upload campaign content and ensure timely updates aligned with marketing initiatives.
  • Handle basic SEO elements such as meta titles, descriptions, headings, and image optimization.
  • Coordinate with internal teams or vendors for larger website updates or enhancements.
  • Ensure website content accuracy, functionality, and brand alignment.

AI & Workflow Optimization

  • Leverage AI tools to improve speed, scalability, and consistency across content and video production.
  • Maintain structured workflows for prompts, templates, presets, captions, and reusable assets.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI tools, content trends, and digital best practices.

Core Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in content creation, social media, video editing, and digital marketing.
  • Working knowledge of

    Canva, CapCut, Adobe Illustrator Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects

    .
  • Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience-first content creation.
  • Experience optimizing content for engagement and performance.
  • Comfortable managing website updates via CMS (WordPress or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to balance creative judgment with speed and execution.
