Role Description

Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:
Handle all company social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) with content strategy, calendar planning, and audience engagement.
Lead Generation & Analytics:
Drive qualified leads via SMM, SEM, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and measure performance with data-driven insights.
Website Management:
Update & optimize the company website (WordPress) for better user experience and search ranking.
Campaign Management:
Create and run campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, email, and WhatsApp to maximize ROI.
Branding & Promotions:
Plan and execute online and offline promotions, support exhibitions, product demos, and branding activities.
Collaboration:
Work closely with sales & design teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
Reporting:
Track campaign performance, competitor activity, and prepare actionable reports with key analytics.
Exhibition Participation:
Be willing to travel and participate in trade shows, expos, and industry events for marketing and lead generation activities.

Qualifications

Minimum
1 year of marketing experience
(B2B preferred).
Proficiency in
English & Hindi
Hands-on experience with
SMM, SEM, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM tools
.
Strong knowledge of
social media strategy, lead generation, and analytics
.
Basic knowledge of
WordPress, Canva, and Basic video editing tools
.
Strong communication, creativity, and
data-driven decision-making
skills.
Ability to work independently
, take ownership, and deliver measurable results.
Willingness to
travel for exhibitions
and represent the brand.
