Field Service Engineer

Maxsell has been building technology solutions for retail, jewellery, electronics, and banking since 2004. Our team focuses on gold testing machines, XRF spectrometers, and similar products. We care about solving real problems for our clients—before, during, and after the sale.

What you’ll do

• Handle service calls—sometimes at odd hours—and travel across cities or states as needed.

• Fix, maintain, and support our machines on the ground.

• Troubleshoot problems in the field, sometimes with minimal backup.

• Stick with a problem until the client is satisfied.

What we need

• Hands-on experience with technical support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

• Clear communicator who doesn’t mind direct client interactions—even under pressure.

• An engineering degree, plus some experience in the tech or engineering sector.

• Comfort with travelling frequently, or sometimes on short notice.
