Location:

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google and Meta platforms
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis
• Track ROI and provide insights for continuous improvement

2. Email Marketing

• Design and implement email campaigns including newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional mailers
• Build and segment email lists to improve engagement and conversion rates
• Monitor key metrics like open rate, click-through rate, and conversions

3. Events & Roadshows (India & Dubai)

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, trade shows, and roadshows
• Manage logistics, vendor relations, promotions, and on-site branding
• Drive lead generation and increase brand visibility through event marketing

4. Customer Case Studies

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify customer success stories
• Develop high-quality case studies and marketing collateral
• Ensure alignment with brand voice and messaging

5. Social Media Management

• Manage brand presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X
• Create content calendars, develop engaging posts, and implement growth strategies
• Track and analyze performance metrics to improve engagement and reach

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 0-1 year of experience in digital marketing, brand promotions, and event management
• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Email Marketing tools
• Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Demonstrated experience in managing events, exhibitions, or roadshows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability
• Willingness to travel between India and Dubai for marketing activities
