Job Tiltle : Marketing Executive – EdTech Industry Location:Thiruvananthapuram

Timings: 9.30 am to 5.30pm Work days: Mon to Sat

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Field Marketing Executive to join our team in the EdTech & Study Abroad sector. The role involves on-ground student engagement, lead generation, brand promotion, and event participation to drive student enrollments for our education services.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits to colleges, coaching centers, and student communities to generate leads.
Promote company’s services through seminars, workshops, and events.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness in assigned territory.
Distribute marketing materials (pamphlets, posters, digital sign-ups) and explain offerings.
Work closely with counselling team to convert leads into student enrollments.
Maintain daily/weekly reports of field activities, leads generated, and follow-ups.
Support in organizing education fairs, webinars, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in field marketing / education promotion / sales
Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
Willingness to travel
Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
