Senior Digital Marketing Executive

You are a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Digital Marketing Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital and offline marketing strategies. You must be proficient in SEO, SEM, digital campaign management, content creation, and script-writing, while also possessing a strong background in leading cross-functional teams. Your primary responsibility will involve developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement. Your role includes planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, developing and optimizing SEO and SEM strategies for increased online visibility and lead conversion, creating engaging content for various platforms, writing compelling scripts for video content and advertisements, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and collaborating with design, sales, and product teams to maintain brand consistency. Additionally, you will manage and mentor junior marketing team members, oversee offline marketing initiatives like print advertising and event marketing, and stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields, possess 2+ years of experience in digital and offline marketing, demonstrate expertise in content strategy, script-writing, and campaign execution, exhibit strong leadership and team management skills, and be proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEM rush, Hub-Spot, and social media platforms. Preferred qualifications include certifications in Google Ads, Hub-Spot, or similar platforms, experience in B2B and B2C environments, and knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems. This is a full-time, permanent position with fresher candidates also considered.
