JOB ROLE: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Junior Executive to support ourmarketing team in executing campaigns, increasing brand visibility, and driving userengagement. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing and ed-tech.

QUALIFICATION:  Any Graduate / Post graduate /MBA/ MMS /PGDBM (preferred from Marketing stream)

EXPERIENCE: 1 to 2 yrs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms like email,social media, paid ads, etc.

 Lead, manage and mentor a team of marketing interns, ensure timely task executionand performance tracking

 Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools

 Prepare and manage daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, campaign performance reports,and marketing dashboards

 Support and contribute to content marketing initiatives including video scripts, emailers,and landing pages.

 Work with various content creation tools like Canva, ChatGPT, etc.

 Drive and manage social media marketing, including scheduling, engagement tracking,and campaign performance

 Research and implement AI tools for content generation, automation, and productivityenhancement

SKILL SET:

 Strong written and verbal communication skills

 A proactive mindset with attention to detail

 Familiarity with ed-tech trends is a plus

 Prior experience across an e-commerce company would be preferable.
