Job Purpose

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling all digital marketing activities of the organization. This role requires a highly technical, data-driven professional with deep expertise in performance marketing, analytics, SEO, and campaign optimization, ensuring measurable growth across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
  • Plan monthly and quarterly digital roadmaps covering paid, organic, and performance channels.
  • Identify growth opportunities across platforms and marketing funnels.

2. Performance & Paid Marketing (Core Responsibility)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, creatives, and A/B testing.
  • Monitor conversions and overall campaign efficiency.
  • Scale high-performing campaigns while controlling costs.

3. Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

  • Analyze traffic sources, funnels, attribution, and user behavior.
  • Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights for leadership.
  • Use data to drive decision-making, not assumptions.

4. SEO & Website Optimization

  • Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.
  • Improve website performance, landing pages, page speed, and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with developers for technical fixes and enhancements.
  • Ensure the website is optimized for traffic, UX, and conversions.

5. Marketing Automation & CRM Support

  • Support email, WhatsApp, and retargeting campaigns through automation tools.
  • Implement audience segmentation, remarketing funnels, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Improve lead quality and conversion through data-backed workflows.

6. Team Coordination & Execution

  • Guide content, creative, and social media teams with data-driven inputs.
  • Define KPIs and performance benchmarks for campaigns.
  • Ensure all digital efforts align with brand and business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and analytics tools.
  • In-depth understanding of conversion tracking, funnels, and attribution.
  • Proven experience in campaign optimization and budget management.
  • Strong technical understanding of SEO, landing pages, and website performance.

  • Strong ownership and accountability for results.
  • Strategic thinking with execution focus.
  • Ability to explain data and insights clearly to non-technical teams.
