What would you do?

The Customer & Channel Activation Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth in Commercial Vehicles in Europe. This role focuses on optimizing marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless activation across digital and traditional platforms, and enhancing channel performance to maximize business impact. The Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and digital marketing, to create integrated campaigns and deliver a consistent brand experience.

Strong understanding of channel marketing and activation strategies.
Proficiency in campaign management and marketing.
Knowledge of consumer insights, market research, and segmentation.
Experience with performance tracking and analytics platforms.
Familiarity with trade marketing and retail activation tactics. Competencies:

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and execution capabilities. Experience & Education: Experience:
3-5 years of experience in marketing activation, channel marketing, or a related role.
Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing activation plans across commercial vehicles channels, including fleet, Truck OEMs franchised and independent truck workshops as well as digital, social media, and partner e-commerce networks.
Collaborate with sales and channel teams to drive customer engagement and increase market penetration.
Implement targeted marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and customer insights.
Manage channel marketing initiatives, ensuring effective execution and alignment with brand strategy.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling marketing content and promotional materials.
Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all activation touchpoints.
Support the development of trade marketing strategies to enhance channel partner engagement.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
