To conduct Farmer s meet in the assigned territory, daily visitsto farmers and retailers counters and Mandi visits to educate and provide theproduct info.
To generate new orders to meet the sales target.
To fill maintain the Mahaveera Mitra Club Diary regularly.
To analyze and evaluate Mahaveera Mitra club members needs.
To fill out Google forms for sales incentive
To build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat salesorders
To achieve personal and team POS targets
To attend meetings, sales events, and training from time to time.
To provide market feedback to the reporting authority daily.
To manage client databases within the assigned territory.
To provide demos and upload them in the RMPCL app up to harvesting.
To achieve Farmers Calling through RUNO App, andachieve monthly target.
To provide the details of the social media platform of RMPCL to
dealers, retailers, and farmers.
To record the testimonials of the farmers and retailers territory and submit them to the Indore office.
To undertake Van Campaigns for the promotion of the company sproduct maintain all van-campaign records and submit the report.
